Nothing here is a surprise on the day — the waiver you sign at the counter says exactly this.
Health disclaimer
This activity involves physical exertion and flying debris. It isn't recommended for guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnancy, or mobility impairments. If you're unsure, please check with us before booking.
The waiver
Every guest signs a liability waiver on-site before entering the room — it takes a minute at the counter and covers the risks listed on this page. Guests 18 and over sign for themselves and must show valid photo ID.
Guests aged 14–17 may take part only with a parent or legal guardian present for the full session; the parent or guardian signs the waiver on their behalf. Under 14 is not permitted.
Safety rules inside the room
Full protective gear — coveralls, gloves, face shield and protective boots — must be worn for the entire session. No gear, no entry.
One swinger at a time in each swing zone. Keep your distance from other guests and never swing towards a person, door or window.
Staff instructions are final. We may stop a session at any point for unsafe behaviour, with no refund.
Sobriety
Entry is denied, with no refund or credit, to anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Payment & cancellation
Full payment is required in advance to secure your slot, via eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, or credit/debit card.
24+ hours notice: 50% refunded to your original payment method, 50% as store credit valid 60 days. Less than 24 hours or same-day: non-refundable, no credit.
No-show, intoxication, or arriving 15+ minutes late: full forfeiture of your booking fee, with no refund or credit.
