A Truckload of Broken Glass
Importing fragile ceramics and glassware comes with a brutal reality: shipping damages. One afternoon, a truck pulled up loaded with hundreds of kilograms of chipped plates and cracked glassware—all headed straight for the landfill.
Standing in the middle of the mess, I grabbed my phone, recorded a quick clip of the carnage, and dropped it into our group chat with zero filter.
The exact moment everything shifted:
